Harry Khanna

Harry Khanna provides big law firm service at a price founders can afford. As the founder of Khanna Law, he understands the challenges that entrepreneurs face and serves as a trusted advisor to founders building their companies.

Harry has worked at law firms in New York and San Francisco, including Sullivan & Cromwell and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He also served as Counsel at Compass, where he gained firsthand experience with the challenges businesses face in scaling and operations.

In addition to his legal practice, Harry has worn multiple hats in the technology sector. He served as a Senior Software Engineer at the Democratic National Committee from 2019 to 2022, bringing a unique technical perspective to his legal work. As a founder himself, he understands the uncertainty, pressure, and responsibility that comes with building a company.

Harry graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar. He also holds an M.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego.
